For a single user license (subscription), as long as you let us know within 7 days of sign up, then we would be happy to issue a refund. Cancellation requests must be sent 48 hours prior to your next billing date. After the 7-day grace period, no refund nor partial refund will be possible for any reason.
For the 7-day free trial, you must cancel within your trial period to avoid being charged at the end of your 7-day trial. Once billed, the amount is not refundable.
