For a single user license (subscription), as long as you let us know within 7 days of sign up, then we would be happy to issue a refund. Cancellations can be made by going into your member dashboard and following these steps. After the 7-day grace period, no refund nor partial refund will be possible for any reason.
For the 30-day free trial, you must cancel within your trial period to avoid being charged at the end of your 30-day trial. Once billed, the amount is not refundable.
All purchases are final for group licenses and no refunds will be granted, but we are always happy to transfer group licenses from one SLP to another.
