It really depends on the resource, in terms of whether a specific resource can be used for multiple goals. Some resources that are more open-ended can be easily used with a group, but others (say an articulation resource for example), not so much. The pre-K or elementary language packs, for example, address multiple goals, as do the "caption this" resources.
We've been told by many SLPs that they will have multiple tabs pulled up with different resources loaded up in each one so they can share different resources for different students within the same session.
